Comments: Has anyone thought of pursuing a 60s themed town? Something like Branson, but with a 60s and early 70s theme. I'm surprised that at least Vegas has not taken this up.
Do you think there are enough baby-boomers with time and money to support such a neat idea??
Admin reply: Who knows?

Comments: The little film clip of sixties photos and the column about how things were in the 60's just says it all. It was such a wonderful time of innocence and fun. It was a confluence of the best of television, music, fashion, movies, and oh, do I wish it were like that again. It seems like just yesterday I was watching the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show. Can it really be all those years ago already? This 60's Official Site is a really great way to share with everyone who was fortunate enough to live through that decade. I'm doing my best to keep it alive. I watch all of my favorite 60's shows on dvd, I listen to my 60's music all the time, I even still have long hair and round rimmed glasses. You can take the kid out of the 60's, but you cannot take the 60's out of the kid. Please keep this great site going; it is so refreshing and inspiring.
Comments: Hey Carl!, Wasn't surprised to read the stats about the popularity of your site. Congratulations and keep the good music coming. I have a problem when I open the site each week that just started happening. When I try to open the "Need a Fix...5 song oldie Medley" on the 1st page, it won't open (or I can't hear) the medley. Everything else works/plays fine on the whole site. Any ideas? Thanks Brother, Ed Listen to you "long time"!
Admin reply: Hello Ed, In regards to the Odies fix; since it is a large file give it a few seconds to load and if that doesn't work refresh your browser. At times I must wait also for it to load on my computer. I recommend Internet Explorer for the browser because it seems to work better on my site. Also you shouldn't have to click the play button on the oldies fix as I have now set it up to play automatically after it is completely loaded.

Comments: Absolutely the best time of my life. Being a teenager during the mid to late 60s, the memories are as vivid as ever. I was the hippie with the long hair, wire rim glasses, and Nehru jacket, and loved all the music, from the Beatles, Sonny & Cher, and the Supremes to Creedence Clearwater Revival, the Mamas & Papas, and the Doors. I could go on and on and on... I'm glad to have found this website.
Admin reply: Thank you for your comments and glad to have you here Don. Neal Stevens is from Allentown Pa.
