Looks like a great site. I'm new so I don't much to say, yet. Love the 60s though.

Admin reply: Well just dig right in and have fun looking back at the sixties Bernie. Thanks for checking us out.

Great site-great memories. My dad was the president of the Fed of Brewers and distillars in PA, Ohio New York. I worked in the Rolling Rock Brewery in La Trobe, PA. Strohs in Phili, Koehler Brewery Erie, Gennesse in Itica NY and Ringold in NY. We had bars and clubs in PA. and I followed my dad around the 3 states to meetings. Thouhgt it would be "cool" to see how many I could work at,meet new people and places and get paid good money-Did I mention all the "shorts' we accumulate over 8 hours.
Shorts are bottles that did not have the required oz of fill and where usually broken and recycled. We put down a pillow-caught the shorts, boxed them up and took them out the back to the beach and had beer for 25 all night

Admin reply: What a great memory Dan. Thank you for sharing this.

We are lucky when it comes to riding old Route 66. Living just 10 miles east of St. Louis Mo. we are right were I-55 and I-44 intersect. So we can jump on I-55 and head northeast toward Chicago or get on I-44 and head southwest to Branson, Mo. And believe it or not a lot of the old shops and stores still exist. And there is always a Route 66 festival going on from May through October somewhere on the old route. The memories are still there. Take advantage of them if you get the chance.35320

Admin reply: Thanks Don for your information on old Route 66.

Your site looks great and you have brought back a lot of good memories. Do you play music on this site? and if you do, how can i get to play to listen to it?

Admin reply: Thank you for stopping by Daniel. Yes, there is music throughout the site and especially on the jukebox pages. You must have flash enabled on your computer and the best browser for the jukeboxes I found is Internet Explorer although Mozilla Fox is a good one as well.

Thank you so much for the site. It really helped me with my 60's project. I am a 60's enthusiast but because I wasn't born during that time a lot of television shows and games have passed me by until I looked for it. So thanks again and how awesome for you to live in a time so full of great change. :!cool: stay awesome!

Admin reply: Thank you Amanda. I hope you found everything you needed for your project.
