This month's spotlight artist looks back at the career of Sonny & Cher.

Eva looks back at the comics of the 60s in Comic Genius.

This week and the year 1964 is where we look back in the Top Ten Countdown  when Beatles had a major dominance of the charts.

The song of the week takes us across the pond to Liverpool.  This song was a one-hit wonder and reached # 24 on the charts in 1964.

Chickenman and Masked Mother appear together on the continuing adventures of Chickenman.

The Top Ten Countdown takes us back to this week in 1963 playing the top ten songs and looking at the news headlines. 

 Caesar and Cleo started out in 1963 first as backup singers for Phil Spector but later emerged as one of the top stars during the 60s under a different name.  The song of the week is from 1967 and hit #50 on the charts in September. Click here to go to the song of the week.

Eva Pasco revisits the early sixties with her latest article "The Early Sixties Moments."

This week we re-visit this week in 1967 for the top ten countdown coupled with the news headlines for the week and born on this date.  

The song of the week is from an English group who made their first appearance in the U.S. in 1965.  This hit was a bubble gum song that reached #40 on the charts in February 1968.

Chickenman once again on his weekend off is fighting crime and another adventure is posted.

The 60s Official Site counts down the Top Ten Songs of the week from a different year every week.  The countdown is changed each week.  This week we look at 1960.

A new song of the week has been added. This week's pick reached #14 on May 5, 1960 and is performed by a New York quartet formed in 1956. Keep in mind each week a new song is selected and the prior week song is taken down.

A new spotlight artist has been added. The fascinating career of the man in black, Johnny Cash is discussed.

A special treat for you on the song of the week.  This great artist celebrates a birthday this week.  Enjoy his medley of five songs that did not make it to number 1. (removed - the song of the week is changed weekly)

I have dedicated another jukebox to a fine group of men and women.  These are our Vietnam veterans.  I have a page dedicated to the songs we listened to in Vietnam but now you can listen to them.  This jukebox is for everyone but a special dedication to those who served in this unpopular war.
