The Lawman, Marshall Dan Troop (John Russell) of Laramie protected the town from the bad guys. Peter Brown played his deputy Johnny McKay. Peggie Castle played Lilly Merrill, owner of the Birdcage Saloon and Barbara Long played Julie Tate, owner of the Laramie Newspaper. The series aired on ABC from October 1958 - April 1962 Sunday at 8:30 - 9:00 and April 1962 - October 1962 Sunday 10:30 - 11:00. The black and white series had 156 episodes.
